This is a forward-deployed engineering role, embedded within business teams to deliver AI-driven process automation at scale. The AI Solutions Engineer is accountable for designing, building and deploying AI-powered agents and automated workflows across critical business processes.

Operating at the intersection of engineering, AI and operations, you'll work directly with business teams to understand workflows, integrate enterprise systems and deliver production-ready agent solutions that drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and experience. You'll translate complex workflows into scalable, reusable agent-driven solutions and bridge the gap between AI capability and real-world business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and deploy AI agents capable of executing multi-step business workflows
  • Integrate agents with key enterprise systems and ensure solutions are secure, governed and production-ready
  • Translate business processes into reusable agent skills and workflows, owning the lifecycle from discovery through to optimisation
  • Embed within business functions to understand workflows, identify automation opportunities and rapidly prototype solutions
  • Act as the technical owner for real-world implementation, working directly in live environments to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Lead the redesign of high-impact processes for agent-led automation and end-to-end process transformation
  • Standardise and scale successful solutions across the organisation, measuring impact across efficiency, throughput, quality and experience
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, AI and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Contribute to internal agent platform standards, integration components, frameworks and workflow templates that support enterprise adoption

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
