We are currently looking for a passionate and enthusiastic AI Solutions Engineer to join our team.

You will play an important role in driving change within our business, joining a department that is continually on a journey of change.
Role Purpose
To design and deliver compelling AI-powered experiences for customers — including demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts — using internal tooling and generative AI capabilities, with a direct impact on sales enablement and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and present engaging AI demos and prototypes that showcase the value of generative AI in customer experience.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to co-create tailored AI solutions aligned with client needs and strategic goals.
- Use internal tooling and frameworks to rapidly develop proof-of-concepts that accelerate customer decision-making.
- Support business development efforts by contributing to ROI modelling and business case creation.
- Translate data insights into compelling stories that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure ethical AI principles are embedded in all customer-facing solutions and engagements.
- Stay current with emerging generative AI technologies and contribute to internal capability building.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with generative AI tools and frameworks.
- Experience in designing customer-centric AI experiences, including conversational interfaces and intelligent automation.
- Proven ability to develop business cases and ROI models for AI initiatives.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration, especially with sales and product teams.
- Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively.
- Awareness of ethical AI practices and a commitment to responsible innovation.
