AI Solutions Engineer/ Manager

Location: West London / Hybrid

£70,000 - £95,000 (Dependent on experience) + Annual Bonuses & Excellent Benefits

A global healthcare organisation with a long-standing reputation for innovation is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer/ Manager to lead the delivery and adoption of enterprise AI initiatives. Operating across more than 100 countries, the organisation is investing heavily in artificial intelligence to transform how technology enables its people and business. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering an ambitious AI strategy at global scale.

You’d act as the primary AI delivery lead within IT, driving the end-to-end design, implementation and governance of AI solutions across the enterprise. Working closely with senior technology leaders, business stakeholders and executive leadership, this individual will bridge strategy and execution, ensuring AI delivers measurable business outcomes while supporting responsible adoption across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • AI Programme Delivery

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI initiatives across a growing portfolio of projects.
    • Manage AI applications and agentic workflows, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • AI Solution Design & Delivery

    • Design and implement AI-powered solutions leveraging technologies including Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
  • AI Adoption & Change Enablement

    • Lead the enterprise adoption strategy for AI platforms, including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Claude and Gemini.
  • Executive Engagement & Stakeholder Management

  • AI Governance

Skills & Experience

The successful candidate will bring:

  • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programmes, including significant exposure to AI solutions and intelligent automation.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Azure AI, OpenAI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Anthropic Claude and/or Google Gemini.
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Proven experience managing complex programmes involving multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • An understanding of AI governance, responsible AI and enterprise risk management.
