Role Description
The AI Solutions Intern will support the design, testing, and optimization of AI-driven workflows and automations within the FunnelUX platform in a remote internship role. Day-to-day tasks may include:

- Assisting with configuration of AI voice and chat assistants
- Mapping customer journeys
- Helping set up CRM pipelines, lead nurturing sequences, and review automation flows

The intern will collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to analyze user requirements, document use cases, and suggest improvements to funnel performance and customer engagement. This role also involves:
- Researching AI and automation best practices
- Preparing internal documentation and simple training materials
- Contributing to data-driven insights and reports on campaign performance and system usage
Qualifications
- Ability to work with AI tools, automation platforms, or CRM systems, and interest in applying AI to real-world business problems.
- Basic understanding of customer journey mapping, sales funnels, or digital marketing concepts such as lead generation and follow-up workflows.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data, dashboards, and performance metrics, with attention to detail in testing and troubleshooting.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting clients or internal stakeholders.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools and the ability to manage tasks independently in a distributed environment.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with conversational AI, chatbots, or workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, HubSpot, or similar platforms) is a plus.
- Demonstrated curiosity, willingness to learn quickly, and interest in startups or fast-paced technology environments.
