Job Title: AI Specialist – Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform
Location: Anywhere in the UK (with travel to Altrincham office near Manchester once every 6 weeks for team days)
Type: Permanent
We’re looking for a passionate AI Specialist to join our Digital Innovation team. This is a new role where you’ll help shape the future of how we use AI across the organisation.
What You’ll Do
- Support delivery of AI initiatives across the business
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform
- Assist with developing AI agents, workflow automation (Power Automate), and generative AI tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases and translate them into solutions
- Ensure solutions align with AI governance, data privacy, and security standards
- Create training materials and user guidance to drive adoption of AI tools
- Stay updated on emerging technologies like Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, and LLMs

What We’re Looking For
- Practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and prompt engineering
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Organised, detail-focused, and proactive

Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Power Automate
- Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or API integrations
- Awareness of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Microsoft AI, Azure, or Power Platform certifications
