We are looking to speak to a hands-on AI Specialist to help identify, implement, and scale practical AI solutions across the business, including review of how AI could support in supporting company growth through the smart adoption of AI tools and automation.

You will work across departments to spot opportunities where AI can save time, reduce manual effort, improve customer experience, and unlock new ways of working.

The Role – AI Specialist

  • Identify and deliver high-impact AI opportunities that create measurable business value
  • Implement AI tools and automations to improve workflows, productivity, and customer experience
  • Work with teams across the business to understand operational challenges and recommend solutions
  • Research emerging AI technologies and assess suitability for business use
  • Support integration of AI into existing systems and processes
  • Develop simple proof-of-concepts and pilot projects to validate ideas quickly
  • Help create AI best practices, governance, and responsible usage guidelines
  • Provide training and support to teams adopting new AI tools
  • Monitor performance and ROI of AI initiatives and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership to support innovation and growth strategy

What You Will Need In The Role Of AI Specialist

  • Strong understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and generative AI technologies
  • Experience implementing practical business solutions using AI
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with workflow automation and productivity tools
  • Commercial awareness and focus on measurable outcomes
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
