Role Overview
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an AI Evaluation Specialist to work on a contract basis. The role involves evaluating AI models and datasets to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance across different use cases. This includes analyzing model outputs, identifying biases, and validating results against defined benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured evaluations of AI models and datasets to measure performance against predefined metrics.
- Identify and document biases, errors, or inconsistencies in AI outputs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine evaluation criteria and align them with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain standardized evaluation frameworks for consistent assessment of AI systems.
- Generate detailed reports summarizing evaluation findings, trends, and actionable recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AI model evaluation, testing, and validation in a technical or research capacity.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
- Familiarity with bias detection, fairness metrics, and ethical considerations in AI systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document findings and present recommendations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
