AI Strategy Associate, Asset Manager, London [Onsite]
We are working with a specialist asset manager, with a long track record of performance, that is looking to hire an associate to help refine and deliver the firm's technological innovation strategy. It is a period of significant data transformation for the business. This is a newly created role within a small team, focused on identifying practical applications for intelligent technologies and supporting its adoption across the organisation.
The role focuses on applying emerging technologies to the firm's data assets to unlock analytical and operational value, helping define how technology-enabled solutions can reshape processes and decision-making. It is a broad role with significant autonomy and stakeholder exposure, working closely with teams across investment, operations and technology to understand workflows, identify opportunities for improvement and help embed AI-driven ways of working.

Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of the technological innovation strategy.
- Assess emerging technologies capabilities and translate technical concepts into practical business applications.
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to identify, implement and embed AI-driven solutions.
- Support AI adoption and organisational change initiatives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in AI, machine learning, data science, quantitative research or a related analytical field. Outliers will be considered.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate complex concepts and research.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum of an undergraduate from a leading university in STEM in a quantitative, mathematical or technical discipline.
