AI Strategy & Workflow Transformation Manager
We are seeking a forward-thinking and commercially minded AI Strategy & Workflow Transformation Manager to help shape the future of our clients FX Sell-Side trading. This individual will drive AI adoption, workflow transformation, NPL system innovation, and trade feeder optimisation while acting as a visionary leader focused on future opportunities rather than day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the AI vision across the FX business.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and AI.
- Drive innovation within NPL systems and workflow management processes.
- Review and optimise trade feeder processes and data flows.
- Partner with Trading, Product, Technology, Operations, and Sales teams.
- Build business cases for strategic investments and future-state capabilities.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience within FX, Electronic Trading, Capital Markets, or Financial Technology.
- Deep interest in AI, automation, and workflow transformation.
- Strategic thinker who naturally looks ahead and challenges the status quo.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate ideas into practical business outcomes.
