AI Support Analyst
AI Automation Assistant
We are building a new AI Automation team to help people across Argus use tools like Microsoft Copilot in their day-to-day work. This is an early-career role for someone who is interested in AI, automation, and how technology can improve how people work.
You’ll support colleagues as they start using AI tools, helping them troubleshoot issues, improve results, and build simple workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Support users with Microsoft Copilot and AI tools
- Help troubleshoot issues and answer questions
- Guide users on how to get better results (e.g. prompts, workflows)
- Assist with simple automations and agent setups
- Capture common issues and help improve guidance
