We support full-scale public sector transformation, ensuring seamless integration of technology, design, cybersecurity, and risk to accelerate mission-critical programs across healthcare (NHS), government, and defence sectors.
About the Role
We are seeking a consultant with 3–6 years’ experience in technology transformation delivery, particularly within the UK Public Sector (NHS, MOD, Government, MOJ, local/central authorities). You will support strategic digital initiatives, including:
- Systems implementation & Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Vision, Recruiting)
- Functional & technical design, testing, and complex data migrations
- Oracle ME and foundational technologies
- AI-enabled productivity tools (chatbots, generative AI) for research, documentation, and delivery
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead Oracle HCM transformations, managing data migrations, testing, and full-scale deployments
- Work with consultants to deliver mission-critical services in UK government and healthcare
- Design & execute digital strategies, deploying emerging tech (cloud computing, AI, blockchain) to future-proof client systems
- Manage client-centric technology support, enhancing collaborative working through:
- Client stakeholder engagement (workshops, meetings)
- Coaching & upskilling teams on Agile/development methodologies
- Act as a sub-committee member for BCG Practice Area development
- Train junior consultants and apply AI/automation to improve research and delivery agility
Location & Visas
- Based remotely but with a UK office presence (expect domestic/travel within the UK).

Core Requirements
- 3–6 years’ experience in public sector consulting (UK NHS/MOA/ModCentral/local government), covering:
- Public policy, governance frameworks, and agile implementation
- Project delivery, including testing, data migration & Oracle Cloud HCM deployment
- University degree in Computer Science/IT/Related STEM field with above-average academic performance
- AI & design automation familiarity, including:
- Oracle Cloud/DWH, Fusion HCM, generative AI workflows (e.g., Copilot, LLMs)
- Modern systems (microservices, cloud-native tools)
- Client-facing skills & ability to analyze/workshops at peer/Partner levels
- Willingness to travel across the UK and passport allowing this
Desirable Exposure
- Experience with UK Government clients, tracking digital project success
- Agile or hybrid methodology leadership
- Development of IPD/MIOTI or Infrastructure Frameworks for transformation
- Cloud-native deployment for seamless data & systems integrity
