About the Role

Our client is a London-based company that is currently working with us to simplify their management structures and internal communication. As an AI Tools Associate, you will help find practical ways to use digital tools to support this work. This is a fully remote position where you will help transition experimental AI workflows into daily habits that make management easier for ourselves and the organizations we advise.

At Olive Tree Consulting, we believe that much of the stress in management comes from "friction": unclear records, forgotten decisions, and messy documentation. This role exists to help our advisory team use AI tools to remove that friction. You will not be building complex software architecture. Instead, you will be experimenting with existing AI platforms to see how they can best summarize meetings, organize project notes, and help us maintain a clear written record of work. Your contribution ensures that when our consultants finish a session with a client, the follow-up is clear, accurate, and arrives quickly.

What You Will Do

  • Test different generative AI prompts to find the most effective ways to summarize consulting sessions and client interviews.
  • Convert raw meeting transcripts and voice memos into structured, plain-English summaries that highlight decisions and next steps.
  • Research new AI applications and features that could help our team manage information more efficiently.
  • Maintain a library of successful prompts and templates so that other team members can use them easily.
  • Assist in drafting clear instructional guides for clients on how to use simplified digital tools to record their internal decisions.
  • Monitor the quality of AI-generated text to ensure it meets our standards for clarity and professional tone.
  • Organize digital folders and documentation blocks so that project information is always easy to find.
  • Collaborate with our consultants to understand where they are spending too much time on manual admin and suggest AI-driven improvements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Curiosity about how businesses work and a genuine interest in making management more efficient.
  • The ability to follow specific instructions while also feeling comfortable asking for clarification when a task is unclear.

About Olive Tree Consulting

Olive Tree Consulting Group is a focused advisory practice that helps leadership teams solve recurring management issues. We typically work on the space between strategy and daily execution. A team can have very capable people and still find that decisions keep reopening, priorities stall, or responsibility remains unclear. These are rarely personality problems; they are structural habits that have not kept up with the company's growth.

We favor practical changes over large-scale transformation programs. Our work involves looking at how decisions are made, how meetings are run, and how ownership is recorded. We prefer useful written notes and clear ownership over polished presentations and vague alignment. Good advisory work should make things plainer and leave the team with a rhythm they can continue on their own.

The firm is built on the principle that memory is not a management system. We help teams create the smallest possible written record to support their work so that important follow-up does not depend on who was in the room or who has the best memory. The goal is a quieter management pattern that makes the existing work easier to lead.
