Company Description
AI First Training helps professionals and businesses put Claude and other AI tools to real, practical use — not as a novelty, but as part of how they actually work. We run hands-on training for individuals, teams, and organisations who want to move past "trying AI" and into using it with confidence and skill. Our approach is practical over theoretical: real workflows, real use cases, and sessions built around what people will actually do on Monday morning.
About the role
We're looking for an experienced trainer to help deliver Claude Academy — our training programme teaching individuals and businesses how to use AI tools effectively. Sessions run both in-person (classroom) and live online, for audiences ranging from complete beginners to business teams already using AI day-to-day.
You'll deliver engaging, practical workshops across some or all of the following:
- Claude — prompting, workflows, everyday use
- Cowork — collaboration and task automation
- Code — Claude Code, scripting, AI-assisted development
- Design — AI-assisted creative tools and workflows

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
