AI Training Expert – Engineering (Remote)
Locations: Remote (United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, or Argentina)
Role Overview
Our client is seeking Engineering Experts to teach AI how to interpret and solve complex technical problems as domain specialists. Responsibilities include:
- Creating rigorous technical prompts
- Evaluating AI model responses for engineering accuracy
- Ensuring AI adheres to high technical reasoning standards
- Working remotely in a flexible, asynchronous environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the factuality and relevance of domain-specific AI-generated text in engineering contexts
- Develop challenging technical prompts and meticulously write expert-level Electrical Engineering responses
- Review and rank AI-generated engineering solutions for technical accuracy
- Evaluate and refine AI-generated reasoning chains for correctness
- Provide detailed, actionable feedback on methodology and technical reasoning
- Collaborate with a global expert community to maintain data quality standards

Required Skills
- Strong ability to concisely and clearly communicate engineering concepts in fluent English
- Strategic analytical reasoning and rigorous attention to technical detail
- Proven experience working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Materials Science, Biomedical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, or Engineering Physics
- Professional experience as a:
- Practicing engineer
- Researcher
- Highly technical/analytical role holder

Compensation
- $150 USD/hr (maximum rate)
- Weekly payments via supported platforms (PayPal, AirTM)
