AI Training Lead - the face of AI training at a fast-growing, investor-backed AI startup | London (hybrid)

Read this properly before applying - this is not a corporate training job.

This is one of the most important roles our client is hiring for. Training is the business - they teach individuals and enterprise teams how to actually use AI - and this person is the one standing at the front of the room giving people the "aaahaaaa" moment.

You are NOT someone who reads off a slide deck. You hold the room, and you're quick to kill what isn't working. You're all in on the latest AI news, and when a topic gets hot you've built something teachable within days.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver the training programmes to individuals and enterprise clients - live, on camera, in person
  • Build new content fast - hot topic today, shipped this week
  • Own and run the full programme calendar end to end
  • Create content people share, rewatch, and come back to

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

To be clear: this is intense. A fast-moving, early-stage startup, a small team that works hard, and a landscape that changes weekly. There's no playbook - you have to build it. If you want calm and predictable, this isn't it.

But if you're the right person, it's rare. You'll be the face of the product at a company that's upskilled 100,000+ people in AI in under two years - and you'll grow faster here than anywhere else.

What you need to bring:

  • You use AI tools DAILY (generative and agentic) and know what's worth teaching vs. what's just noise
  • You can teach genuinely technical automations (Power Automate, ChatGPT, Claude) and make complex things feel simple without dumbing them down
  • You've taught or trained people before, formally or not
  • Infectious on-camera presence - they're allergic to corporate training

Nice to have:

  • Enterprise / L&D delivery experience with senior stakeholders
  • A background in content, community, or building an audience
  • You've shipped your own AI tools or workflows, not just talked about them

The details:

  • London · hybrid · some in-person enterprise delivery
  • Flexible with salary for the right person :)

The process:

  • Short application → screening call with me (NOC) → interview with the founder. We move fast.

Note: NOC is the search partner on this role - you'd be hired directly by the company, not by us.
