About The Role
What if your everyday judgment and attention to detail could help make AI smarter, safer, and more useful for millions of people? We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation tasks that directly influence how the next generation of AI systems thinks, responds, and behaves.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to a wide range of backgrounds. No technical or AI experience required — just sharp thinking, care for quality, and the ability to follow clear guidelines.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Complete structured tasks — including labeling, rating, and evaluating AI-generated content — that directly train AI systems to improve
- Assess AI outputs across text, image, and audio formats for quality, accuracy, and appropriateness
- Apply detailed evaluation rubrics to deliver consistent, high-quality feedback
- Flag errors, inconsistencies, and low-quality outputs using structured reporting tools
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are
- Detail-oriented and thorough — you notice things others miss
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
- Comfortable using web-based tools and digital platforms
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Able to follow detailed instructions precisely and consistently
- No prior AI, technical, or data experience required
