AI Transformation Associate Director – London
Who We Are
Singulier provides strategic and transformation support for private equity/investment funds and established companies. We work with clients to form task forces capable of delivering strategic digital operations that drive rapid and sustainable impact. By leveraging deep expertise in digital, data, and technology, we create meaningful value for forward-thinking businesses.
Our diverse team of approximately 80 professionals, based across London, Paris & Munich, is divided into two groups:
- Technical experts (data engineers, digital media experts, UX experts)
- Digital strategy consultants
Our team comprises graduates from top business and engineering schools with extensive industry experience. Founded in 2017, we have grown rapidly and are now expanding into Germany.
What You’ll Do
As an AI Transformation Associate Director, you’ll drive Singulier’s most advanced AI missions, merging strategic impact with hands-on technical leadership. You’ll lead engagements across Due Diligence, Transformation, Implementation, and Build, with a strong focus on LLM architectures, AI Agentix frameworks, and AI-enabled business models.

You’ll serve as both a trusted executive advisor and a technical architect, designing and building scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
🔍 AI & Tech Due Diligence
- Assess AI, data, and tech maturity in investment contexts.
- Evaluate model architectures, scalability, and business impact potential.
- Identify key value levers and technology risks for investors.
⚙️ Transformation & AI Strategy
- Define AI roadmaps and data strategies aligned with value creation.
- Design LTM architectures (LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation—RAG, AI Agentix ecosystems).
- Translate AI opportunities into tangible operating model shifts.
🛠️ Implementation & Build
- Lead end-to-end design and build of AI systems and intelligent agents.
- Collaborate with engineering and data teams to operationalise prototypes at scale.
- Ensure robustness, security, and efficiency in deployed solutions.

🚀 Practice Leadership & Growth
- Contribute to developing Singulier’s AI frameworks, playbooks, and accelerators.
- Mentor teams on AI engineering, productisation, and client impact.
- Support business development and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years in AI, data, or applied tech consulting.
- Strong knowledge of:
- LLMs
- AI Agentix frameworks
- System architecture design
- Proven experience in building and deploying production-grade AI or data systems.
- Track record in Due Diligence, digital transformation, or AI delivery.
- Strategic mindset with a strong ability to simplify complex technical topics for C-level audiences.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI stacks (LangChain, Vector DBs, MLOps, etc.) is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
