AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking an AI Transformation & Enablement Analyst who will report directly to the AI Strategy Leader and drive our company’s strategy and execution in artificial intelligence. This hybrid role intersects AI strategy, operational transformation, and product innovation to:

  • Drive internal AI adoption for enhanced productivity via AI-driven platforms.
  • Enable external AI features in our SaaS products through seamless integration with product management and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with teams including product management, engineering operations, enterprise architecture, finance & legal, go-to-market, and customer success operations.
  • Ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable value, consistency, compliance, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Focus extensively on supporting go-to-market and customer success operations.

Salary Range (2025)

  • United Kingdom: £70,000 – £100,000 per year (Ranges reflect consideration for experience, skill, and local factors.)

1. AI Adoption & Transformation

  • Evaluate, select, and roll out AI-driven tools to improve productivity while ensuring measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to measure and track AI initiatives’ performance and ROI.

2. Go-to-Market & Customer Success

  • Oversee AI-assisted sales workflows, AI-driven customer insights, and AI-powered support operations.
  • Support field enablement and AI messaging to optimize customer interactions.

3. Product AI Innovation

  • Work with product management to plan, design, and implement AI-powered features from concept to delivery.
  • Partner with engineering operations and enterprise architects to ensure consistent AI model usage and platform alignment.

4. Security & Compliance

  • Work with the Chief Information Security Officer and AI Innovation Committee to uphold data integrity, intellectual property protection, and compliance with security/privacy standards.

5. Team Leadership & Trend Analysis

  • Contribute to building AI-powered product features and internal AI adoption initiatives.
  • Stay updated on AI trends, tools, and practices, providing guidance on emerging opportunities and risks.

Qualifications

Core Requirements

✔ Experience with AI/ML technologies, generative AI platforms, or LLM-powered applications in a SaaS or enterprise software context. ✔ Proven track record in implementing AI-driven internal tools or launching AI-powered product capabilities. ✔ Deep understanding of:

  • LLMs
  • ML frameworks
  • Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure)
  • Practical applications in enterprise and product development. ✔ Experience cross-functional collaboration with:
  • Product Management
  • Engineering Operations
  • Security Compliance ✔ Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills.

Preferred Qualifications

✅ Knowledge of MLOps and AI deployment at scale. ✅ Measureable impact on productivity tools adoption. ✅ Familiarity with AI compliance/risks (e.g., data residency, model governance). ✅ Hands-on technical expertise in:

  • Proof-of-concept development
  • Vendor evaluation
  • Scoping AI use cases
