AI Transformation Lead
AI Transformation Lead – Compliance
A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to join its Compliance function and drive AI adoption in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation initiatives within Compliance.
- Identify AI use cases and automation opportunities across existing processes and workflows.
- Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance control effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability within a regulated environment.
- Redesign workflows to incorporate AI-driven decision support and intelligent automation.
- Oversee testing, validation, deployment, and optimisation of AI solutions.
- Monitor model performance, including:
- Output validation
- Bias identification
- Model drift
- Support AI governance, model lifecycle management, and adherence to internal control frameworks.
- Drive adoption of generative AI capabilities across the Compliance function.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Finance, HR, and Front Office teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience in delivering AI-enabled solutions in an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of:
- Generative AI
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Workflow automation
- Intelligent monitoring technologies
- Experience with AI prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical skills (structured & unstructured data).
- Knowledge of AI governance, model risk management, and explainability principles.
- Experience in:
- Gathering and defining business and functional requirements.
- Conducting gap analysis and process mapping (e.g., BPMN).
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-business area influence.

Desirable Experience (Bonus)
- Compliance, Risk, or regulated financial services background.
- Experience with brokerages, investment banks, or asset management firms.
- Consulting role background.
- Project Management or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
