RSM is building the next generation of AI-enabled consulting services for the market. As AI reshapes industries, operating models and value chains, we are expanding our market-facing AI capability to help clients redesign how they operate, compete and grow.

We are seeking a leader of AI Go-To-Market & Growth to lead the commercialisation, positioning and scaling of AI-enabled consulting propositions across our Consulting service line.

This is a revenue-facing, externally focused leadership role accountable for building pipeline, increasing win rates and scaling AI-led advisory services.

This role will define and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for Consulting, ensuring AI is embedded into client propositions, sector plays and revenue growth plans.

This Role Owns

  • AI proposition development
  • Market positioning and thought leadership
  • Sector-specific AI offerings
  • Strategic pursuits and major bids
  • Revenue growth targets linked to AI services

The role works closely with Consulting leadership; sector leads and alliance partners to drive measurable commercial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Define the AI GTM strategy across Consulting
  • Identify priority industries, use cases and monetisation pathways
  • Translate AI capabilities into client-ready propositions
  • Develop AI-led sector plays aligned to market demand

AI Proposition Development

  • Build scalable, repeatable AI-enabled consulting offerings
  • Package accelerators, diagnostics and frameworks into market-ready solutions
  • Define pricing and commercial models for AI-enabled services
  • Ensure propositions are differentiated, outcome-led and commercially viable

Target Operating Model Advisory

  • Develop AI-enabled Target Operating Model propositions for clients
  • Help clients redesign workforce, process and governance models in an AI-enabled world
  • Shape end-to-end transformation offerings that combine AI, automation and organisational redesign
  • Integrate AI into broader digital transformation and restructuring propositions

Market Positioning & Thought Leadership

  • Position RSM as a leader in AI-enabled middle-market consulting
  • Lead AI-focused thought leadership, market campaigns and industry engagement
  • Represent the firm in client forums, conferences and media
  • Track competitor positioning and evolving AI market trends

Alliances & Ecosystem

  • Build joint go-to-market plays with technology alliance partners
  • Co-create AI propositions with strategic ecosystem partners
  • Leverage partner capabilities to accelerate pipeline and credibility

Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Set and own AI-related revenue growth targets
  • Support strategic pursuits with AI-led value propositions
  • Increase win rates through differentiated AI positioning
  • Partner with other areas of Consulting to embed AI into major client opportunities

Success Measures

  • AI-attributed revenue growth
  • Pipeline value generated from AI-led propositions
  • Win rate uplift in AI-enabled pursuits
  • Growth of AI-enabled sector offerings
  • Market recognition and thought leadership impact

Skills And Experience

  • Proven track record leading AI or digital go-to-market strategy in consulting
  • Experience owning revenue growth or P&L targets
  • Strong understanding of AI use cases across middle-market sectors
  • Experience developing AI-enabled Target Operating Models
  • Ability to translate technical capability into commercially compelling propositions
  • Executive-level stakeholder engagement and pursuit leadership
