You're experienced using AI tools and curious about how AI agents are being designed to interact within business processes — the emerging field of AX Design — and how thoughtful agent experience design can make process transformation more effective.
The Work
- Utilize relevant AI tools across all tasks and deliverable creation, including the creation of agents and other tools to help facilitate:
- Gather industry or function research, benchmark data, and domain case examples; organize them into structured templates that support client assessments.
- Support process redesign documentation by recording workshop outputs, collecting data inputs, and preparing tables for change-impact assessments.
- Prepare slide and data inputs for transformation roadmap drafts and contribute sections to methodology playbooks and the reference library.
- Maintain the team's reference library and IP documentation, and complete assigned AI literacy and continuous-learning modules.
- Support the team in capturing how AI agents interact within process workflows — applying foundational AX Design awareness to ensure human-agent interaction points are clearly documented.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Basic (required) Qualification
- First experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or a related field, or equivalent coursework or internship
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AI platforms (e.g., Claude, OpenAI, Codex, Gemini) including structures effective prompts, iterates on the output, and judges quality and reliability
- Basic understanding of agentic AI: how an agent differs from a chatbot, where multi-step automation fits a workflow, and an understanding of how to use agents
- Familiarity with basic business process concepts and AI fundamentals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
