The Group AI Team

The Group AI team owns Sky’s enterprise-wide AI ambition, strategy, and roadmap to deliver meaningful business value and embed AI into the fabric of how Sky operates. Within this, the Workflow Transformation team is responsible for accelerating Sky’s Agentic transformation, embedding forward deployed teams within business functions to reimagine AI-enabled work, design AI solutions, and collaboratively deliver deployments alongside technology and the other Group AI teams.

This is a great opportunity to be at the forefront of reimagining how work gets done at Sky, helping move the organisation from today's processes to AI-enabled workflows that unlock new levels of efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience.

What you’ll do

  • Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases, building business cases that assess impact, feasibility, and value.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to reimagine and design AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Design future-state processes and service blueprints that translate vision into actionable requirements and seamlessly integrate human judgement and AI capabilities.
  • Translate strategy into action through clear process documentation, workflow requirements, and implementation plans.
  • Build data-driven business cases that quantify and track value, costs, and implementation feasibility.
  • Drive adoption of deployed solutions through targeted engagement and change management activities.
  • Continuously scan the market and bring AI best practices and new tools to adapt and improve methodology.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
