AI Workflow Specialist

Role Type: Contractor
Location: Remote

Scope of Work

  • Design, document, and optimize complex, multi-step business workflows leveraging advanced AI assistants.
  • Integrate AI-driven automation with workplace platforms such as productivity suites, collaboration tools, and data systems.
  • Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement, automation, and efficiency gains.
  • Perform research, information synthesis, and business reasoning to create actionable recommendations and workflow improvements.
  • Develop clear, precise documentation outlining workflow logic, integration strategies, and productivity enhancements.
  • Contribute real-world scenarios and feedback to inform the evolution and evaluation of AI models for long-horizon business tasks.
  • Test, iterate, and refine workflow solutions to ensure reliability and scalability across business operations, engineering, and finance contexts.

  • Expertise utilizing AI-driven assistants extensively to complete sophisticated, multi-step business tasks in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI technologies with workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and diverse data platforms.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills with a track record of workflow optimization and process automation.
  • Ability to produce high-quality written and verbal communication, including workflow documentation and detailed operational analysis.
  • Background in business operations, engineering, finance, or related fields with complex project experience.
  • Familiarity with long-horizon automation, end-to-end workflow design, and AI-driven productivity strategies.
  • Comfort collaborating remotely, managing multiple deliverables, and iterating on feedback within fast-paced project environments.
