AI Workplace Transformation Lead
UK AI Workplace Transformation Lead
About the Role
The UK AI Workplace Transformation Lead is responsible and accountable for the successful leadership, management, quality, and delivery of the UK AIWT team.
Reporting to the Global AIWT Practice Lead, this role combines:
- Team leadership
- Commercial accountability
- Hands-on delivery (with ~30% utilisation in client delivery)
The role requires:
- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot, and AI concepts
- Ability to connect AI capability to real-world business outcomes
What You'll Be Doing
Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing UK AIWT team
- Champion company values and consulting excellence
- Drive capability building in:
- Change management
- AI-integrated delivery
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Manage team skills and structure for scalability, growth, and future capability
- Support practice objectives alongside the Global Practice Lead
Business Impact
- Own and deliver revenue and delivery performance for the UK AIWT team
- Ensure quality, consistency, and speed of delivery across engagements
- Lead strategic client relationships, including:
- Account planning
- Growth strategy
- Delivery oversight
- Drive commercial growth, including:
- Upsell opportunities
- Pre-sales support
- Contribute to shaping service offerings, positioning AIWT as a key differentiator
Problem Solving & Innovation
- Support development of:
- Intellectual property
- Frameworks
- Scalable delivery models
- Contribute to strategic thinking on:
- AI, change, and advisory capabilities
- Monitor market trends (UK/EU) and evolve offerings in line with Microsoft and industry changes
- Establish the UK AIWT team as a thought leader through:
- Content creation
- Events
- Industry engagement

What We're Looking For
Experience
- Proven leadership in managing high-performing consulting or delivery teams
- Strong background in:
- AI Workplace Transformation
- Change management or consulting
- Experience with:
- Microsoft 365
- Power Platform
- Copilot and related technologies
- Demonstrated ownership of:
- Revenue
- Delivery performance
- Business growth
Technical & Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Power Platform
- Copilot Studio
- Working knowledge of:
- AI concepts
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Applied machine learning
- Understanding of:
- Governance
- Operating models
- Enterprise AI adoption strategies
- Ability to connect AI capabilities with tangible customer outcomes
