This role will sit at the intersection of law, technology and innovation, supporting lawyers and clients to embed AI tools into day-to-day legal work while contributing to the development of future AI and agent-based solutions.
You’ll act as a trusted AI specialist, working closely with lawyers, technologists and clients to drive meaningful adoption of Generative AI.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supporting the rollout and adoption of internal Generative AI tools across legal teams
- Providing advanced prompt engineering and hands-on support on legal and client matters
- Delivering internal and client-facing AI training and consultancy
- Acting as a bridge between legal teams and technical developers, translating legal needs into practical AI solutions
- Contributing to the development of agent-based AI products and wider AI strategy
- Supporting client projects as part of agile, multi-disciplinary teams
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the firm and championing AI best practice
- Keeping up to date with developments in the legal AI and GenAI market

Skills Requirements:

- 3+ years’ PQE within the legal sector, ideally with 2+ years exposure to AI or legal tech
- Deep understanding of AI-driven legal tools and how they are applied in practice
- Strong understanding of day-to-day legal work and how lawyers operate
- Proven experience embedding technology (particularly AI) in a law firm environment, including understanding risk, governance and client concerns
- Experience working with legal processes, data, design or technology
- Excellent ability to create polished, visually engaging presentation decks and compelling narratives
