Role: AI/ML Engineer (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Full-Time
Payout: $160K - $300K/yr
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Member of Technical Staff, AI/ML Engineering to work on a full-time basis. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that drive business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize scalable AI/ML models for real-world applications.
- Develop and maintain machine learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training.
- Collaborate with software engineers to deploy models into production systems with scalability and reliability.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure model performance and accuracy.
- Stay current with advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to improve existing solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python, with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong background in machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
- Experience with data processing and analysis tools, such as SQL, Pandas, or NumPy.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for deploying and managing ML models.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
