Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer – Automation & Delivery - £450 per day (Inside IR35) 6 month contract Fully Remote UK Based SC Clearance required We’re looking for a Mid-Level AI/ML Engineer to design and deliver automation solutions that drive efficiency across the business. This role sits at the intersection of AI, engineering, and operational delivery—working closely with technical teams to identify manual bottlenecks and translate them into scalable, AI-driven solutions. What you’ll be doing Attend technical and IT meetings to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities Translate business pain points into clear AI/ML use cases and delivery plans Design and build LLM- and ML-based solutions to improve internal processes Deploy automation tools and AI agents that enhance quality, speed, and consistency Collaborate with architects and stakeholders, owning delivery of well-scoped initiatives What you’ll bring AI / ML (2–4 years experience) Hands-on experience delivering ML solutions in production or advanced prototypes Strong understanding of: Supervised learning, evaluation metrics, overfitting/regularisation NLP fundamentals (embeddings, classification, summarisation) Experience with: PyTorch or TensorFlow LLM APIs or open-source models Strong Python Skills and APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Django) Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases Experience with data ingestion, transformation and validation Understanding of handling sensitive data and PII To find out more please apply via the advert.
