Role Summary

Own end-to-end AIoT business planning for UK smart home portfolio, align local sales, supply chain, EU & global product teams to drive volume, margin and market share growth across wearables, smart appliances, cameras and ecosystem accessories.

Core Responsibilities

  • Demand & S&OP Planning

    • Gather sell-out data from online retailers and distributors, build monthly/quarterly forecasts, host S&OP meetings to align sales, stock and supply targets.
    • Track KPIs: forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, stock days, OTIF rate and deliver regular performance reports.
  • Product Lifecycle & Portfolio Management

    • Tailor product roadmaps for UK consumers, benchmark competitors (Google Nest, Philips Hue, TP-Link) to optimize SKU mix, pricing and positioning.
    • Manage full-cycle planning: new product launch, promotion allocation and end-of-life clearance.

  • Inventory & Channel Coordination

    • Allocate stock across multi-channel partners, mitigate overstock/out-of-stock risks via bundles and promotions, coordinate with EU warehouse & logistics teams to improve capital turnover.
  • Market Insight & Compliance Tracking

    • Monitor UK smart home trends, UKCA/energy label regulations and consumer behavior; provide data-driven GTM optimization proposals for leadership.
  • Cross-Regional Collaboration

    • Act as key liaison between UK team, EU supply chain and China HQ, synchronize launch timelines and resolve cross-departmental execution bottlenecks.
  • Process Optimization

    • Standardize planning workflows, forecast templates and reporting systems to boost team efficiency and data transparency.

Must-Have

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, or related majors. We welcome final-year students graduating soon or recent graduates.
  • Available to start immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Previous demand/category planning experience (including internships) in consumer electronics, smart home, or retail; UK/EU market experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience or exposure to forecasting, S&OP, inventory, and distributor management.
  • Advanced Excel skills (PivotTable, VLOOKUP, Power Query); ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Fluent English; basic Mandarin is a strong bonus for HQ alignment.
  • Strong data analysis, commercial sense, and cross-team coordination skills, with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.
  • Must possess a valid UK work permit with full working rights.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience at global electronics brands or UK major retail channels
  • Knowledge of UK/EU IoT certification and energy regulations
  • Familiarity with smart home AIoT ecosystem & multi-SKU hardware management
