Salary DOE + Guaranteed Overtime + Company Van

Full-Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

At Elite Services Group, we're looking for an experienced Installation Engineer to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering high-quality installations and wants to be part of a well-established business with an excellent reputation across Yorkshire and Lincolnshire.

Elite Services Group is an established and award-winning renewable energy, air conditioning and electrical contractor based in Beverley, East Yorkshire.

We specialise in the design, installation and maintenance of renewable energy and energy-efficient systems, including air source heat pumps, air conditioning, solar PV, battery storage, EV charging and electrical installations for domestic and commercial customers.

Our reputation has been built on technical expertise, exceptional customer service and delivering quality workmanship every time. As demand for renewable technologies continues to grow, we are expanding our installation team and are looking for the right person to join us on the next stage of our journey.

Role overview

This is a varied installation role working across domestic properties throughout Yorkshire and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for installing, commissioning and supporting a range of renewable energy and air conditioning systems, whilst carrying out associated electrical work to a high standard.

Duties Include

  • Installing air conditioning systems within domestic properties
  • Working on air-to-air and air-to-water heat pump installations
  • Installing solar PV and battery storage systems
  • Carrying out associated electrical installation work
  • Testing, commissioning and fault finding
  • Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with industry regulations
  • Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on engineer who takes pride in delivering high-quality installations. You'll have both electrical and air conditioning experience, enjoy working across multiple technologies and be comfortable working in customers' homes.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to communicate professionally with customers are just as important as your technical skills.

Essential

  • Qualified Electrician
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Valid F-Gas Qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Previous experience installing and commissioning air conditioning systems
  • Strong understanding of electrical installation, testing and fault finding
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high standards of workmanship

  • Inspection and Testing qualifications
  • NICEIC experience
  • Experience working within domestic properties

You may currently be working as an Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer, Renewable Energy Engineer or Electrician and be looking for a role that offers greater variety, stability and local work.
