Role Description
The Air Conditioning Engineer role at Cool 365 Ltd is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems across a range of commercial and residential sites.
- Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, and performance checks, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
- Working with a variety of manufacturers’ equipment.
- Completing detailed job reports.
- Communicating clearly with clients and colleagues.
- Supporting planned preventative maintenance schedules.
- Adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in HVAC systems, including installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and repair.
- Experience in building services and building maintenance, with the ability to work safely within occupied and commercial environments.
- Knowledge of facility management (FM) practices and maintenance & repair routines for climate control and related equipment.
- Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in air conditioning, refrigeration, or mechanical engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
- F-Gas certification and strong understanding of current regulations and health and safety standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, use diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate service records.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full valid driving license and willingness to travel within the London Area and surrounding regions as required.
