Cool 365 Ltd is an air conditioning company established in 2011, specializing in design, installation, service, maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning systems. The company is an approved installer for Mitsubishi and Daikin, enabling extended warranties as standard on all installations. Cool 365 Ltd also works with a wide range of manufacturers including Samsung, LG, Toshiba, Panasonic, Fujitsu, and Hitachi. The team is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and reliable solutions for commercial and residential clients. Role Description

  • Installing, servicing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and HVAC systems across a range of commercial and residential sites.
  • Carrying out fault finding, diagnostics, and performance checks, ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently.
  • Working with a variety of manufacturers’ equipment.
  • Completing detailed job reports.
  • Communicating clearly with clients and colleagues.
  • Supporting planned preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated skills in HVAC systems, including installation, commissioning, diagnostics, and repair.
  • Experience in building services and building maintenance, with the ability to work safely within occupied and commercial environments.
  • Knowledge of facility management (FM) practices and maintenance & repair routines for climate control and related equipment.
  • Relevant technical qualification or apprenticeship in air conditioning, refrigeration, or mechanical engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
  • F-Gas certification and strong understanding of current regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and manuals, use diagnostic tools, and maintain accurate service records.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Full valid driving license and willingness to travel within the London Area and surrounding regions as required.
