Air Conditioning Engineer

ROLE: Air Conditioning Engineer
HOURS: 40 hours per week 08:30 – 17:00 - Full Time
LOCATION: Preston

We're looking for an Air Conditioning Engineer who will be responsible for undertaking the maintenance (PPM & Reactive) and repair of AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.
Role Responsibilities
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) on air conditioning systems You may also be required to work on refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines You would have knowledge of installation designs and bespoke manufacturer troubleshooting procedures and be expected to complete all work-related documentation in an accurate and timely manner, keeping logs on inspection reports and remedial works
Required Qualifications
City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air-Conditioning or Heating & Ventilation Relevant qualifications in F-Gas & ODS regulations Knowledge of Health & Safety and Permit to Work procedures Please be advised due to the nature of sites worked on, you will be required to undertake an SC Clearance check
