Founded through years of hands-on industry experience, Excel Group has grown from its origins as Excel Cooling Services into a well-established group of specialist businesses. Led by our Owner and Managing Director, the Group expanded to include Excel Project Services and Excel Cooling Service & Maintenance, enabling us to provide end-to-end HVAC services, cooling systems installation, ongoing maintenance, and professional project delivery, all under one trusted name.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Air Conditioning Installer role based in and around the London Area, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation of a variety of air conditioning systems across domestic, retail and commercial environments.

You will work on a range of equipment including, but not limited to, Daikin and Mitsubishi systems, ensuring installations are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Engineers travel directly from home to site using a company vehicle, with work predominantly located throughout London, Greater London and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of VRV, VRF, Split and Multi-Split air conditioning systems
- Working from drawings, specifications and manufacturers' instructions
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
- Liaising professionally with customers, site managers and colleagues
- Completing works within agreed timescales

Requirements
Essential
- Air conditioning installation experience
- Valid F-Gas Certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with VRV, VRF, Split and Multi-Split systems
Desirable
- IPAF Certification
- PASMA Certification
- CSCS Card
