Job Title: Air ERP Support Analyst
Location: Warton - 3 days a week on site

Salary: £51,772+ depending on experience

Job Description:
As an Air ERP Support Analyst, the Job Holder is responsible for supporting the Service Operations associated with the day-to-day administration of the AIR ERP IT Solution. This includes undertaking Triage & Resolution of Incidents and Problems – service now and Jira, governance of User Account Maintenance activities, and answering general queries relating to the AIR ERP Operation.
You will be accountable to the AIR ERP Service and Operations Manager, supporting the Service Management function of the Competency Centre regarding Incidents and Problems raised against the Production system.
Core Duties:
- Providing support to triage and fix Incidents and Problems in the Service Support Queue
- Undertaking further investigation with ERP users to provide clarification and aid resolution of Incidents
- Being responsible for undertaking verifications/checks on Account Maintenance Requests
- Progressing general requests and queries through to the relevant approver and supporting the resolution of any issues that may arise
- Supporting Continuous Service Improvement and cost reduction activities
- Providing reporting and status updates to the management team as required
- Supporting service reviews and ensure that agreed service changes are managed to programme
