YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics are seeking an experienced Air Freight Export Operator to join our team and play a key role in managing air export operations from start to finish. The successful candidate will ensure all export shipments are handled efficiently, comply with regulatory standards, and deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

This role is essential in maintaining operational continuity, supporting business growth, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • You will manage air export shipments from start to finish, arranging collections, booking cargo with airlines, and following customer SOPs to ensure smooth operational activities.
  • You will prepare all required export documentation, including MAWBs, business to business and consolidation shipments, while also completing accurate export customs declarations in line with HMRC standards.
  • You will keep customers informed at each milestone from pick up to arrival and work closely with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to keep operations on track.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

To be successful in your application you will be a confident air export professional with solid experience in freight forwarding, someone who can handle export documentation, customs declarations, and airline bookings with accuracy and pace. You will thrive in a busy environment, communicate clearly with customers and partners, and stay proactive when issues arise. You will have strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to own your shipments, operationally and financially.
