Vista Aircraft Maintenance
Vista Aircraft Maintenance provides both line and base maintenance for the fleet. The team ensures aircraft safety, reliability, and availability through rigorous standards, proactive maintenance, and a global network of facilities.
Working across different specialties, VAM prepares aircraft for every flight with a focus on precision, quality, and compliance. By maintaining the highest standards in both safety and attention to detail, the team plays a critical role in ensuring consistent fleet performance and a seamless client experience.
We are seeking an Aircraft Appearance Specialist to support the ongoing presentation, condition, and quality of our aircraft fleet. This role is responsible for managing detailing records, monitoring interior and exterior condition, identifying and prioritising defects, and coordinating rectification and improvement activity with Maintenance, MROs, and key operational stakeholders to ensure consistently high appearance standards.
Previous aircraft maintenance experience is essential. Ideal candidate will have experience in a CAMO position/planning/procurement or similar. Training will be provided for specifics related to the business model and maintenance practices specific to our operations.

Your Responsibilities
- Create & manage database of parts numbers, materials, common consumables for interior defects.
- Work with detailing departments to track current or latest status of interior and exterior cleaning, leather deep cleaning, carpet deep cleaning.
- Review defects and identify needed parts for defect rectification.
- Coordinate with MOC and planning department to ascertain suitable MRO's for the rectification of specific defects.
- Monitor and organise regular inspections either with FSR or at MRO to review aircraft cabin and exterior condition.
- Interior/Exterior review target, every 6 months.
- Prioritize repairs and coordinate with MOC, Planning & Duty Manager.
- Identify recurrent defects and trends.
- Determine and monitor stock level requirements for common defects.
Required Skills, Qualifications, And Experience

- Solid computer skills with knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel
