The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Aircraft Charter Broker to join our expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an established aviation professional who already has a proven track record and an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of charter clients.
- Source and negotiate aircraft charter solutions worldwide.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with aircraft operators and industry partners.
- Deliver exceptional customer service from enquiry through to flight completion.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
- Ensure all charter arrangements meet company and industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an Aircraft Charter Broker.
- Established book of business and existing client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of the private aviation market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Team player with a collaborative approach.
- Fluent English essential; additional European languages advantageous.
