About the Role
We’re seeking hardworking, enthusiastic team members who combine exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to stringent health and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a professional cleaning service to the highest industry standards, ensuring our clients' aircraft are meticulously maintained.
- Demonstrating a keen eye for detail, while leaving a lasting impression with exceptional cleanliness and safety for the passengers.
- Are motivated to drive continuous improvements in our workplace environments.
- Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage, particularly in an aviation or high-sanitation environment.
This role demands enthusiasm, professionalism, and a deep sense of pride in delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
Cleaning Obligations
- Efficiently tidy and replenish seat pocket materials as required.
- Thoroughly clean public areas, including:
- Meal trays
- Overhead bins
- Windows
- Adhere strictly to customer specifications where stated.
- Safely and responsibly drive company vehicles (if applicable) during shift hours.

Safety & Compliance
- Do not intentionally or recklessly interfere with, or misuse, any provided equipment.

- Any work conditions, equipment, or activities posing an immediate or serious danger to health, safety, wellbeing, or security.
- Commit to health, safety, and wellbeing while following all company-provided workplace safety rules and procedures.
Company Policy Mandates
- Operating in an alcohol- or drug-free workplace with strict internal security protocols to enforce this policy.
- Required to undergo regular substance misuse testing.
Location Requirements
- **Must hold a full and valid UK driving licence (must be able to drive to assigned airline locations).
Core Qualifications
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards in cleaning positions.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in workplaces or scenarios involving detail orientation.
- Safety-conscious attitude with an understanding of workplace hazards.
- A 5-year workspace history – whether work, employment gaps, or education.
- National Insurance paperwork in order.
- Basic and fully clear Criminal Records Check (with additional Airside Security Clearance).
- Passion for maintaining impeccable standards in hospitality or customer-focused environments.
