Aircraft Leasing Corporate Legal Counsel
We are partnering with a high-profile aircraft lessor which has an opening for a Corporate Legal Counsel in London.
Responsibilities • Support and negotiate a range of aviation-related commercial and financing transactions across multiple jurisdictions • Draft, review, and manage transactional documentation linked to acquisitions, disposals, financings, and strategic projects • Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial and contractual matters • Coordinate with external counsel, financial institutions, and transaction counterparties to support timely deal completion • Contribute to broader legal and portfolio-related initiatives within a fast-paced international environment

Requirements • Qualified lawyer with strong experience gained within a leading law firm or in-house environment • Background across corporate, banking, finance, litigation, or broader corporate legal work • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder groups • Excellent academics and communication skills
