Aircraft Operations Agent (Part-Time)
Location: Teesside International Airport
Contract: Part-Time
Shift Pattern: 2 x 12-hour shifts, followed by 6 days off

Join Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) as an Aircraft Operations Agent and enjoy a unique working pattern of two 12-hour shifts followed by six consecutive days off. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the fast-paced world of private aviation and cargo operations, where no two days are the same. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, supporting aircraft turnarounds and ensuring safe, efficient operations at Teesside International Airport. Whether you have previous aviation experience or are looking to start a career in the industry, full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Aircraft Operations Agent, you'll support the safe and efficient turnaround of aircraft while delivering outstanding customer service to passengers, flight crews, and customers. Your duties will include:

- Providing a first-class customer experience to private jet passengers and flight crews.
- Delivering concierge-style services, including assisting with travel arrangements, catering, and customer requests.
- Marshalling aircraft onto stands and operating ground support equipment safely.
- Assisting flight crews with flight planning, communications, and baggage handling.
- Coordinating aircraft arrivals and departures with UK Border Force, Special Branch, and airport authorities.
- Ensuring passengers and baggage are processed in line with UK aviation security requirements and airport procedures.
- Arranging aircraft refuelling with the airport fuel supplier.
- Maintaining the executive lounge, reception, and office areas to a high standard.
- Managing stock levels and processing customer invoicing.
- Building strong relationships with customers and airport partners.
- Supporting cargo operations by operating ground service equipment and communicating with ground crews via headsets.
- Participating in shift handovers and maintaining accurate operational records.
- Carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Aircraft Operations Manager.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a team. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in aviation, ground handling, customer service, or cargo operations (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A positive, flexible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- A Full UK Driving Licence.
- A valid Airside Driving Permit (ADP), or the ability to obtain one.
