At Globant, we are working to make the world a better place, one step at a time. We enhance business development and enterprise solutions to prepare them for a digital future. With a diverse and talented team present in more than 30 countries, we are strategic partners to leading global companies in their business process transformation.

We seek an Airlines Business Consultant, who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical to helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed:

  • Extensive experience in airline commercial, distribution, or IT-strategy roles - ideally a mix of airline-side experience (commercial, network, distribution, loyalty) and consulting/advisory exposure across multiple carriers.
  • Profile in the mould of independent airline-technology and distribution consultancies (e.g. T2RL, Travel in Motion) or IATA-adjacent advisory roles - people who've sat inside airline commercial functions and now advise across the industry rather than inside a single one.
  • Demonstrated comfort moving between business and technology conversations without defaulting to either - fluent in commercial economics, conversant enough in technology to know what's plausible.
  • Experience working with or alongside legacy, often politically complex full-service carriers, not just lean low-cost or greenfield airlines.
  • Deep working knowledge of airline commercial economics: distribution channels and costs, NDC/Offer-Order economics, loyalty programme mechanics, network and revenue management fundamentals.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
