Airlines Operations Executive
Partnerships Associate – Airlines (Shoreditch, Hybrid/Remote)
Join Us – We’re Making Travel Effortless
Travel is essential to our lives, from reuniting with loved ones to exciting adventures and business trips. Yet, too often, the journey itself is frustrating. Today, over 4 billion airline passengers rely on technology that doesn’t match modern expectations.
We’re rebuilding the foundational systems supporting the travel industry to unravel complexity and simplify the future of travel. Building on our Y Combinator (S18) launch and funded by top investors like Benchmark, Blossom, Index Ventures and Kima Ventures—we’re scaling to unlock seamless travel experiences.
Partnerships at Duffel
Partnerships owns Duffel’s global supply strategy with airlines, hotels, cars, and emerging verticals. By working directly with suppliers, we unlock high-quality content, build commercial frameworks, and ensure our platform scales with industry needs.
As our airline portfolio grows, so does the complexity of managing relationships, distribution updates, and commercial structures. This role keeps the system running by ensuring everything aligns from both supplier and internal perspectives.
About This Role & Why It Matters
This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys structuring complexity, and makes things happen.
- As an Airlines Partnership Associate, you’ll support the Head of Partnerships by managing airline relationships and ensuring Duffel’s growth pipeline remains dynamic.
- You’ll act as the connective layer between airlines and internal teams, ensuring partner needs are understood, executed, and nothing slips through the cracks.
- You’ll work hands-on with modern airline distribution, collaborating with global carriers and internal partners to drive commercial outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
