Freelance Passenger Support Operator (On-Call) at Luton Airport

About the Role

Help passengers claim their rights after flight disruptions! At FlightHelp, we assist thousands of travelers recovering from delayed or canceled flights. We’re expanding our team and seeking dedicated Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) with Luton Airport responsibility—available on-call for passenger support in disruption situations.

This non-sales role focuses solely on information sharing, passenger guidance, and ethical claim representation.

Your Role & Responsibilities

When a significant disruption occurs (e.g., delays ≥3 hours), our team contacts you and provides the details:

  • Respond quickly: Travel to Luton Airport’s arrivals area when notified.
  • Distribute flyers: Provide passengers with clear, actionable information about FlightHelp’s compensation assistance.
  • Assist passengers proactively: Speak with empathy and professionalism, ensuring travelers understand their rights and next steps.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
