At FlightHelp, we support airline passengers in claiming compensation for delayed or canceled flights. To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions.
We are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at Birmingham Airport.
This is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation.
📋 Your Role & Responsibilities:
When a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details.

- Respond on Short Notice: Travel to the Birmingham Airport arrivals area when notified.
- Inform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them.
- Be a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
(Note: No airport security clearance is required for this role).
💼 What We Offer
- High Flexibility: A completely flexible schedule based on flight disruption events. Work only when incidents occur and you are available.
- Great Compensation: €50 per assignment (each assignment lasts approximately 1 hour).
- Full Expense Reimbursement: Additional costs such as fuel, parking fees, or public transportation tickets are fully covered.
- Performance Bonuses: Opportunity for additional performance-based bonuses and long-term collaboration with increased responsibilities.

👤 Candidate Profile
- Location: Residence in Birmingham or the surrounding area.
- Languages: Mandatory English plus additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Skills: Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with the public in a professional manner.
