Your Role
EF (Education First) Language Abroad is hiring Airport Service Coordinators tasked with organizing and delivering safe, efficient and seamless transportation solutions for our students arriving and departing from London Gateways (Heathrow Airport, Gatwick Airport, London City Airport, Stansted Airport and St Pancras International).

Position Details:
- Flexible hours (10-40 per week)
- Hours available on Sunday – Wednesday
- Hours available throughout June – August
You will work closely with local suppliers, EF schools across the UK, and our global offices to manage students' airport experiences and ensure smooth transitions to their final destinations.

Responsibilities
- Manage arrival and departure procedures for students at London airports and St Pancras International station.
- Communicate with local transportation providers and EF teams
- Plan and execute travel logistics from airport to school locations
- Ensure a welcoming and safe customer experience
- Support underage international students with sensitivity and care
Requirements
- Interest in operations, logistics, or event coordination
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced)
- Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be available for flexible shifts throughout July
- Fluent in English
- All offers are subject to a clear enhanced DBS check and two references
- Right to work in the UK upon commencement of your contract
