Job Purpose

Emirates in Glasgow Airport is now looking for our next Airport Services Agent to join the team that will support our passengers and partners with delivering outstanding services.
As our next Airport Services Agent you will need to support frontline operations, ensuring safe, efficient and customer-focused service delivery. The role involves assisting with oversight of check-in, boarding, baggage, ramp, lounges, hotel, and terminal control activities and service recovery.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of the Emirates customer journey, delivering a smooth, friendly and professional services across check-in, boarding, special services, baggage, and lounge operations.
- From welcoming customers at check-in to supporting on-time departures
- Handling premium customer needs
- Resolving baggage or travel issues
- Assisting with ticketing and reservations

You'll help make every journey seamless.
You'll also support the wider airport team by keeping operations running efficient, guiding colleagues, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring all safety, security and company procedures are followed at every stage.
Qualification
To Be Considered For This Role You Must Have
- The unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
- Be fluent in spoken and written English
- Able to hold a full airport pass
- At least two years of relevant customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability to work shifts
You Will Have An Edge If
- You have a strong understanding of airport procedures and systems, including IATA standards
- You are analytical and enjoy solving problems with attention to detail
- You have at least two years experience with either a GHA or Airline
- Can speak additional languages
