Help Certify the Next Generation of Aerospace Capability

We're supporting a globally recognised aerospace and defence organisation that designs and manufactures some of the world's most advanced air-to-air refuelling systems, refuelling probes, launch systems and defensive aids equipment. For over 80 years, the business has delivered mission-critical technology to military and defence customers across the globe, supporting some of the most advanced fixed and rotary-wing aircraft programmes in operation today. As part of continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Office of Airworthiness with the appointment of an Airworthiness Engineer.

This is an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of aerospace innovation, ensuring cutting-edge systems meet the highest standards of safety, certification and regulatory compliance.

The Opportunity

As an Airworthiness Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring products, modifications and repairs comply with applicable airworthiness regulations and certification requirements. Working closely with Design, Systems Safety, Operations and Engineering teams, you'll support the approval and certification of complex aerospace systems across a highly regulated environment. The role offers exposure to a broad range of airworthiness activities spanning UK MAA DAOS, UK CAA Part 21G, Part 145 and EASA-approved environments, providing an excellent platform for both professional development and long-term career progression. Depending on your experience, there will also be opportunities to mentor and support the development of junior engineers within the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
