AliExpress-Affiliate Channel Operation-London
Affiliate Program Development: Through research on the UK market, spearhead the establishment and management of AliExpress UK Affiliate Program, ensuring seamless alignment with company goals and objectives. Recruitment of New Affiliates & Affiliate Relationships Management: Actively seek and onboard new affiliates and influencers to diversify and expand our network and reach. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates, equipping them with the necessary tools and support for successful product promotion. Performance Analysis: Regularly monitor and evaluate the affiliate program's performance in terms of traffic and GMV growth, utilizing insights to refine and enhance strategies. Work closely with the Supply team to carry out large-scale promotions, gain insight and analysis of product trends in Polish industries, and handpick high-quality products for the affiliate program. Collect Polish market feedback and provide channels with personalized and professional business cooperation plans and ROI improvement plans. Oversee the affiliate marketing budget, encompassing commission structures and promotional expenses, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

More than 3 years of relevant work experience in affiliate marketing, including social media, UK mainstream websites, deal websites and network channels. Well-versed in industry standards and best practices for affiliate marketing. Have experience in creating successful traffic models in the past and understand operation of the affiliate marketing. Excellence in building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliates and influencers. Skillful in providing training and support to enhance affiliate performance. Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise reports to management.
