Key Responsibilities
- Creating extraordinary service experiences in alignment with industry benchmarks
- Engaging with guests across dining services including:
- Breakfast
- Afternoon tea
- Evening dining
- Providing informative and enthusiastic menu assistance
- Managing reservations to capture all guest details
- Driving revenue through upselling and innovative promotional ideas
- Sharing F&B knowledge, offers, Savoy history, and hospitality insights
Salary & Offer
£18.70 per hour (including service charge)
Qualifications
Essential
- 1-2 years of experience in serving or hospitality (preferably in luxury settings)
- Profound passion for understanding and delivering 5-star hospitality
- Strong ability to build rapport, read guest needs, and adapt interactions
- Agility and problem-solving skills—critical to real-time resolutions
- Upholding courtesy, calm, and professionalism under pressure
- Thriving in fast-paced, often high-demand environments
- Willingness to collaborate as part of a team
- Flexibility to work:
- All shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
- Across day service operative schedules (breakfast/lunch/afternoon tea/evening)
- In diverse roles, supporting multiskilling for guest and operational needs

Communications
- Fluency in written and spoken English (indispensable for guest interactions)
Desirable
- Basic operability in:
- POS systems
- OpenTable (reservation platform)
- Industry credentials (e.g., WSET levels)
