Alliance Manager
To support our continued growth, Hable are looking for an Alliance Manager to join our Sales and Marketing team.
Hable sell both to and through our relationship with Microsoft and the Microsoft Ecosystem. We are looking for an Alliance Manager with a strong track record in working within the Microsoft Ecosystem who can maximise this channel to market for Hable.
Everything you do will be delivered with a clear focus: revenue growth.
You will create demand for Hable and our services within Microsoft and the Microsoft Partner Ecosystem, developing both existing and new partners to create a consistent, high-quality pipeline of opportunities for Hable’s Account Directors to develop and close.
Responsibilities
This role is all about selling to and selling through Microsoft. Managing Hable’s Microsoft relationship & building trusted, day-to-day relationships with Microsoft sellers, specialists, customer success and partner teams across the UK, including Education, Public Sector and Commercial:
- Develop and maintain a clear contact map across key segments
- Build credibility so Microsoft stakeholders proactively introduce Hable
- Stay close to Microsoft priorities, focus areas, and internal drivers
- Keep the Hable sales team up to date on Microsoft priorities, incentives and sales motions so we stay aligned with what Microsoft is prioritising.
- Generate a strong Microsoft-led sales pipeline
- Drive a steady flow of strong customer introductions into Hable, with clear handover to the relevant Hable Account Director
- Generate consistent, high-quality opportunities from both Microsoft and the wider Microsoft Partner Ecosystem
- Qualify opportunities before handover and work with Hable Account Directors as needed to ensure these opportunities convert into Sales.

Identify and maximise Microsoft funding to support and develop sales opportunities Identify, secure and manage Microsoft funding, including ECIF and other partner co-investment, to support early-stage opportunities and help move opportunities forward:
- Spot opportunities where funding can unlock or accelerate deals
- Lead the relevant funding application and approval process
- Track and manage funding through to delivery
Microsoft Partner ecosystem
Manage and develop Hable’s existing network of Microsoft partners, including licensing partners, managed service providers, FastTrack partners and sector specialists, so Hable is the go-to Adoption and Change Management partner when adoption support is needed:
- Identify and build relationships with key partner organisations
- Create referral pathways and joint propositions
- Generate partner-led pipeline into Hable.
Joint marketing and events
Run joint Microsoft briefings, customer events and Teams sessions that put Hable in front of the right stakeholders and decision-makers within both Microsoft and other partners:
- Plan and deliver targeted events with and for Microsoft and other partners
- Ensure attendance from relevant customer stakeholders
- Follow up to convert activity into pipeline.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience working within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, either at Microsoft or within a Microsoft partner organisation with strong existing Microsoft UK relationships.
- Good understanding of the UK Microsoft field, including how roles, incentives and opportunities work together across at least one of Hable’s key markets (Education, Public Sector or Commercial).
- Good commercial judgement and the ability to spot and qualify the right opportunities before handing them over well.
- Able to build strong relationships quickly and earn trust with people inside and outside the business.
- Able to manage contacts, funding activity and events in a structured way, with good attention to detail, including strong CRM discipline.
- Comfortable working independently, managing your own time and keeping momentum without close supervision.
- A strong desire to work in a small, fast-moving business where you’ll need to take ownership and help shape the role over time.

Desirable
- Familiarity with Adoption and Change Management, including models such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Copilot / AI solutions.
- Experience working with Hubspot as a CRM tool.
