At Adyen, over 40% of live deals involve partners, with a bold five-year target of 70%+. To accelerate this growth, we’re seeking an experienced Partner Manager based in London or Amsterdam, responsible for leading global Accenture and system integrator (GSI) partnerships.
The Role
In this critical position, you’ll shape Adyen’s strategic partnership with Accenture (and a select few GSIs) by:
- Deepening commercial relationships while advising Adyen on how GSIs win and deliver transformation.
- Maximizing mutual value by strategically collaborating in payments, fintech, and digital transformation.
- Driving enterprise pipeline growth for sales, contributing to Adyen’s global business trajectory.

What You’ll Do
- Execute a comprehensive partnership strategy with Accenture/GSIs to expand markets and accelerate revenue growth.
- Serve as Adyen’s primary point of contact for strategic stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
- Enable global consistency in GTM strategies across North America (NA), Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC).
- Co-create joint GTM initiatives, co-marketing campaigns, and industry-specific solutions with GSIs.
- Negotiate and administer partnership agreements, balancing mutual benefit, legal compliance, and Adyen’s goals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and legal teams to drive unified partnership success.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize GSI partnership effectiveness.
- Engage with executives and teams at GSIs to surface challenges, gather feedback, and refine collaborative offerings.
- Behavioral reviews with GSIs to ensure strategic alignment.
- Anticipate industry shifts—competitor moves, market trends—to maintain a competitive edge in GSI partnerships.
Who You Are
Core Requirements
- 5+ years in alliances/partnership roles (or GSI-level experience).
- Confidence in culture and/or tech transformations in payments, fintech, or B2B digital spaces.
- Experience with Accenture is a plus.
- Hustle-driven mind-set—entrepreneurial passion twinned with structural discipline.
- Global/commercial outlook with an eye for channel strategy.
- Exemplary organization and communication (written/verbal).
- Demonstrates egregious initiative, autonomy-friendliness, and cross-cultural comfort.
